I found some super cute white curtains with aqua pom pom trim and I just could not pass them up Each panel was like 40"x84" so I thought I could cut them each in half and create the bed area curtains. The fringe is too cute!!! Although they are a little short ( may add a ruffle later) I think they came out cute and with minimal sewing required. I think once the mattress topper and the new quilt will make it all fit fine. I am planning on cutting the striped shower curtain up to make the tie backs.

The cabinets
We decided on a nice gray to paint the cabinets. Dan took all the cabinets doors off and lined them up in our basement room. He first covered them in a Cover Stain Primer and then did 2 coats of gray paint on all doors and bases. It was quite a project. But it made a huge difference!! I love them

Cushions
Ok really...home decor fabric is super expensive. Even with coupons. And I have to buy so much to cover the super long couch in there. It is 70" wide.....and most home decor fabric is only 54" wide. SO I need to purchase over 5 yards of something to make it work. And at 30.00 a yard even with a 40% or 50 % coupon it still way to much for a camper couch. So I need to figured something else out. Plus I can't even decide how I want it to look. Then I heard of a major fabric store in my area was closing Hancock fabrics.....so I went to see what I could find. I ended up after a few trips a kinda dark gray fabric and a floral cream based fabric. Since I really did not know how much to buy and I was dealing with remnants on a remnants table....I was going to try and piece it all together in the end. I also found on Walmart.com that they sold a striped shower that went with my bedding set. SO I ordered that too. Here are some pictures of some things I was trying to work
I found this Waverly upholstery fabric that I just loved at Jo Ann Fabrics.....but really I would have spent sooooo much just to cover the couch.

New Quilts
Both beds in our camper are kinda a King size but alittle smaller....So I am getting Queen/King sizes for all bedding. Found a great deal on Queen/King size quilts at Walmart. So bright and perfect and I just love them. I was not even looking when I found them....but I now have something to work off of to choose curtains ( there are so many curtains.....uggghhhh) and then cushion covers. I have to say I am dreading making cushions and making curtains ...and that crazy valance all the way around the whole camper. I may completely get rid of that idea. I can sew but I don't think I really want too :(

A few "before" pictures
Here are a few before pictures...it honestly could not have been uglier.....kinda a camo crazy look. But I am thinking bright turquoise and coral colors....boho style. Cute pillows and quilts. New floors and paint those cabinets.
This one was taken after Dan covered the tile floor with water resistant wood laminate |

We bought a pop up camper!
We found a 2001 Coleman Utah pop up camper from someone in our neighborhood for an amazing price. I am not really a camper but the idea of making this cute and fun inside may make me a camper after all.
